ADDITIONAL NOTE

Foreigners without citizenship and foreigners holding travel documents (not national passports) in the form of temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage , certificate of identity , laissez passer , or other similar documents must attach a Re-Entry Permit document to the country where the Visit Visa is applied for as well as a return ticket/onward ticket to another country (except for crew members of transportation equipment).
