Foreigners without citizenship and foreigners holding travel documents (not national passports) in the form of temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer , or other similar documents are not permitted to apply for a visitor visa on arrival. The validity period of the electronic visit visa on arrival (e-voa) is 90 days from the date of issuance.
